Optical Fiber
In early 2009, TDii invested a new fiber production base which had the world’s leading technology, testing equipment and instruments introduced from abroad. A total of 18 lines and 9 towers introduced from Finland could control the current largest commodity optical fiber prefabricated wand (Ф 120 mm to 200 mm) in the world and the drawing speed could reach 2100m/min. The production capacity will reach an amount of 45 million kilometers of fiber on the implementation of fourth phase. The optical fiber products were approved respectively by TLC Certification and Product Certification on December 17th, 2009, covering the field of backbone network, metropolitan area, access network and FTTH applications.

Optical Cable
Telecommunication optical cable has four large-scale expansions. Factory building area is more than 100000 square meters. Annual production capacity is up to 45 million kilometers of fiber. More than 210 sets advanced optical cable production equipment are successively introduced from Austria MS, Rosenthal, Finland Nextrom, and also inland. TDii is equipped with domestic and international advanced testing equipment for optical fiber, optical cable and raw materials from Britain EG&G Company, U.S. PK Company, U.S. Agilent, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Shanghai Electric Cable Research.

Special Optical Cable
TDii has a monomer production workshop with an area of 26000 square meters, 66 production lines for bow-type drop cables and an annual production capacity of more than 2 million kilometers of fiber. At present, there are totally 104 production lines of special optical cables and the main products include FTTX bow-type cable, special optical cable, indoor optical cable, and armored optical cable. All the products are approved by the US UL Certification.

Railway Signal Cable
In 2005, TDii Group invested 200 million yuan to develop railway signal cable and cable in urban rail transit and other series of products, purchased advanced equipments from Austria, France, German, US, and Japan, and achieved an annual output of 30000 kilometers. TDii is a qualified supplier for Ministry of Railways and is a safety equipment production enterprise confirmed by Ministry of Railways. Products were widely used in the projects of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, Ningbo-Hangzhou passenger dedicated line and other urban subway construction projects, and won high praise of customers.

RF and Leaky Coaxial Cable
The RF division has an area of 28000 square meters which is the largest single cable production base in China. 300 million yuan was invested to introduce several Austrian ROSENDAHL physical foam production lines and welding corrugated production lines, equip with many sets of U.S. AGILENT network analyzer, third-order deliver test system, Japanese ANRITSU feeder tester and other international advanced producing and testing devices. Every year, we can output 150000 kilometers of RF cable, 20000 kilometers of leaky coaxial cable and 2 million sets of RF coaxial cable connectors.

Communication and data cable
TDii is equipped with the most advanced automatic production line, introduces more than 600 production equipment with advanced technology. Communication cable annual production capacity is 8.8 million kilometers and annual production capacity is 1 million boxes of data cable, 200000 kilometers long of twisted pairs, and 10000 kilometers long of central office coaxial cable. Company’s production scale, production quality and supply ability take the lead in the domestic. Products won the International Standard Product Symbol Certification of National Standardization Management Committee and horizontal twisted pair cable obtained the network access license issued by SARFT.

Special electric cable
Company is equipped with the world’s leading technology of the production, testing equipment and instruments, and has a group of senior experts, senior engineering and technical personnel and a well-trained staff team. Our company obtains the production certification issued by CSBTS, TLC product certification, and communication and network access license of State Grid and Electric Power. Main products contain more than 100 series and over 30000 types. Integrated annual production capacity is more than 400000 kilometers and the output value are over 4 billion yuan.
